These terms cover the Glinto iOS app and the website glintoapp.com (together, "Glinto"), operated by Bilal Afzal ("we", "us"). By using Glinto you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Glinto.
Glinto helps you track a trading card collection and shows market information about cards and sealed products: prices, price history, indices, movers, expected values for packs ("Rip Lab") and comparisons between graded and raw prices.
Everything Glinto shows is information, not advice. It is not investment, financial, tax, legal or appraisal advice, and it is not an offer to buy or sell anything. Card prices move and can be wrong. A pack's expected value is an average over many packs; any single pack can be worth far more or far less. Decide for yourself, and check the marketplace before you buy, sell, grade or open product.
Market data comes from third parties, including TCGplayer market data (via TCGCSV) and TCG Price Lookup. We show it as provided and flag figures that look unreliable, but we don't guarantee that any price, history or statistic is accurate, complete or current, and we may change or stop showing any data source.
Glinto links to TCGplayer and eBay. Some of these links may be affiliate links: if you buy after following one, we may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra and does not change the prices or information Glinto shows. Purchases happen on those stores, under their terms, and we are not a party to them.
Please don't copy or extract Glinto's data in bulk (for example by scraping or automated requests), resell it, reverse engineer the app, interfere with the service, or use Glinto for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that does.
Glinto is independent. It is not endorsed by or officially connected with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, Ravensburger, Disney, Legend Story Studios, Fantasy Flight Games, Square Enix, TCGplayer, eBay, PSA, Beckett or CGC. Card names, images and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify the cards. The Glinto app, website and name are ours.
Glinto is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that Glinto will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, money or collectibles, arising from your use of Glinto, including decisions to buy, sell, grade or open product. Our total liability for any claim about Glinto is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Glinto Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
You can stop using Glinto at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, or change or discontinue Glinto. If we discontinue Glinto Pro, we will say so in the app before your next renewal.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update this page and its effective date, and say so in the app. Using Glinto after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
